I already checked in this week but I could use some encouragement ~ I wasn't good yesterday because I was feeling crummy and I am worried that I am going to slip up again today just out of habit because that always seems to happen after I'm not good for even one day! I gotta break this destructive cycle. Gotta remember that it was only one day and it doesn't derail me from all my hard work that I have done so far. I'm so close to breaking through that 200 mark and making it back into the 100's... Can't give up now!!
To anyone else going through the same thing as me: We can do this! Hang in there!

I have only found this group so I am a day late. I joined this site 8 months ago but a week after I start I just stop and I have only just came back on but here goes good luck everybody. So here are my numbers.

Before I put my weight I just say one thing. Last Tuesday my weight was 182 then I don't know why but I check it on Saturday and it went up to 188 so I check my weight today on my official weigh in day and I am:
9/09 Tuesday: 184
So even though I have lost 4 lbs from Saturday I am still 2 lbs bigger then I was last Tuesday.0 -

Forest91 - Don't look at it like that. In my own opinion your start weight should always be moved up to your heaviest weight. So from my perspective, your SW is actually 188 and you have already shed 4 pounds! Hooray! It's all about your attitude. Also your goal is to lose 12 pounds in one month?? That's pretty ambitious. Hope you are planning on doing it as healthy as possible!
Did great yesterday, probably mostly due to an upset tummy but I will take it! I also did my regular treadmill routine, but my calves started feeling really tight halfway through it and I had to cut it short =( Maybe I should stretch a little bit better next time? Or does anyone else have any tips to help prevent that?0 -

GW: 120 (not trying to lose it all in September - this is my 'ultimate' goal)
Yesterday morning I walked for 40 minutes outside - it was beautiful!. Late afternoon to avoid snack binge - elliptical for 20 minutes and exercised for 20 minutes (planks, squats, push up, butt bridges, leg lifts, crunches, arm kickbacks).
Getting ready to do my workout for today - elliptical for 30 minutes and rowing for 20 minutes plus all the exercises.

Gained a pound...started T-25 workouts yesterday. I have been logging now for about a month without beind active - so im starting small with 25 minutes a day. Hopefully, I begin to see some improvement.

I'm pretty sure my bathroom scale is messed up because I went to the gym today and weighed myself on their scales, and I'm 5 lbs lighter than I started - no way I lost that in one week! I'm just going to update and go with it, and see what happens.

Looks like things have started out well so far! I'm glad to be back on track; however, I am starting to notice that I am developing that "cardio only" type of body. The weight is coming off but things are a bit flabby. I really need to up the weight lifting and calithenics because I don't want to lose any more muscle mass. Hopefully that will help not only the flab feeling but the weight loss as well.
