I'm just shy of 5' 8". Thanks!0

This was me at about 220 lbs. I was nearly 270 lbs at my heaviest, but would not DARE let anyone take my pic then.
This was me at 150 lbs.
Since then - LIFE happened. Had a baby, got diagnosed with some pretty harsh medical stuff (over a year on high dose prednisone), got divorced, and my dad passed away. I'm an emotional eater, so the pounds crept back on. I'm back on track and have about 43 pounds to lose. The best part is that I'm my own biggest inspiration. I know I can do it because I've done it before. YAY!
You look incredible @ 150. How tall are you? I'm sorry about rough year, good luck on the 43 lbs!
Y'all bear with me...I'm not used to posting on forums. I'm just shy of 5' 8". And 150 (or 155) is what I'm trying to get back to. Thanks!0 -

Wow, what a transformation! You look incredible. And you are really beautiful. Buy a couple of mirrors - and just look at how pretty you are.0 -

Drepublic,
What exactly have you been doing for 180 days?
I want to know as well. You look great!

I went through this transformation on P90x. More of my transformation is in that video above. Made it for fun and to inspire others about 2 year ago...then the YouTube Stars aligned and it took off...crazy.0 -
Holy traps, Batman!
Was really surpirsed by how they grew. I had big traps back in college...so maybe there's something to muscle memory.0 -
Awesome job, everyone! You all look great!0
-
Congrats everyone! I know it's not easy but once you reach your goal you will be amazed at how much better you feel.0
-
150 really does suit you, good luck on getting back to it0

Left: 419 lbs, 56 inch waist --- Right: 169 lbs, 32 inch waist
It must be so fun going up to people you know but haven't seen in awhile and them not know who the hell you are.0 -
I've been wanting to post here for a while but I was worried because lmao I've been taking pictures in my undies each month, and I'm sure no one really wants to see a fat girl in her undies. But hey, if it's helpful to some people, I guess that's cool. And of course I'm not done losing weight yet, so I guess my current "after" picture is more like a "not there yet, but I want to show this off anyway because I'm proud of how far I've come" picture.
Anyway, here we go! I'm 5'11, and this is sorta where I started--I used to be even heavier, but I didn't think that I would ever lose enough weight to take before and after pictures.
And this is me from like two minutes ago!
Lmaoooooo I guess I should apologize for how messy my room is in both sets of pictures. Have you noticed how much laundry you go through after you start losing weight? Or is that just me?
You are doing great, congrats.......but you should be embarrased to show such a messy room. How can it be clean with some much mess?0 -
Ok I'll play along.

Thank you Thanks for all the nice comments. To answer a couple of the questions ..
It does feel amazing being able to wear anything and actually having a style. Before, I wore whatever fit, now I can try clothes on I actually want and not dread doing so because I had to ask for 6 sizes more than I am now.
It took 18 months, I had a leg injury and could not exercise so I really focused hard on the food I ate, I walked 30 minutes a day and always within 100 of my goal, either side. I kept thinking what I might look like and how it might feel, that was my motivation! I have maintained this weight for 2 years now, lost a total of 124lbs0 -
