    The quality of the images is just so so... but these are my before and after. My height is 5'9".
    The after was taken 5 minutes ago in my pyjamas :)

    I'm still trying to lose a bit more than 20lbs and reach a weight of about 140lbs, but this is just vanity weight. I've reached and passed the goal of 165lbs I had for the last two years, and for the first time in my whole life, my BMI is in the healthy range.
