Dinner last night had to be an easy prep one for me. Long day looking at prospective properties to invest in. Got home and just was NOT in the mood to cook something drawn out. Sweet garlic lemon pepper chicken with rustic potatoes , red bell peppers & snap peas. Needed a Starbucks frappuccino to anchor my meal.

Tonight is going to be chopped steak smothered in caramelized onions with scalloped potatoes, steamed asparagus, a salad of spring greens, and tangelos.0

Light Cajun Shrimp Pasta....
Mmmmm....cannot wait!0 -
Most likely leftovers from last night. I am sure there is at least a serving and a half of it. Hell, I am still smelling like onions from last night!0

Turkey/turkey sausage burger, sausage and cheese omelette, green beans, peas, fried green beans and corn.
Chips and salsa from Main Street Station. Margie and her walking buddy stopped for a snack, and brought their leftovers to me. {including the fried green beans pictured above}
No sugar added ice cream with Greek double chocolate pudding.

Last night was roasted chicken, collard greens sauteed in olive oil and garlic and served with beet relish, and fresh corn with butter.0

Last night was spice rubbed pork tenderloin with cajun rice and roasted carrots. Husband was in charge of taking the pork out of the oven and letting it rest. Big mistake. He likes his pork well done.

My supper plans got thrown out the window when I got called into work before I had ate breakfast this morning. I had to dig around in the freezer, but I found this bean and veggie soup.
I rounded it out with a ham, turkey and pepper Jack sandwich, stir-fry veggies, green beans and a carrot.

I had:
The number 6 combo(French Dip sandwich, tater cakes and a mountain dew)0 -
I had homemade soft tacos for dinner last night. Did not take pics. I did take pics of the muffins we'd made ready for our friends daughters gymnastics meet this weekend. We're all leaving pretty early to get there ~ so need to have something easy to eat enroute. lol. For some reason, I needed a protein jolt around 2ish yesterday afternoon ~ so I made pan fried pork chops ~ quick snack and it hit the spot perfectly.
Muffin white batter ~ this was when we were intent on it becoming blueberry muffins.
This is when we discovered we'd prefer to just eat blueberries straight >> Added chocolate
Muffins pre-oven
Just out of the oven
Quick pan pork chop

I waited for my customers to offer me a plate for as long as I could stand it. Then I had a turkey/turkey sausage burger, green beans, some of Margie's Summer {corn} Salad, stir-fry veggies and corn.
As soon as I had ate my burger, one of the ladies brought me a plate with pork loin, roast chicken and a salad. I ate the salad, and tasted the chicken and pork. It will be just as good tomorrow when I'm not as full.

You will have to use a photo hosting site, like photo bucket or face book. Once you have your picture uploaded to the site, click on it to bring it to full size. Then right click and save image url. Come to the MFP thread and type img between these two [ ] brackets, and paste the saved url, followed by /img between the same two [ ] brackets. Everything small case, with no spaces in between and don't forget the back slash.
It's clunky to start with, but once you are used to it, it's 2nd nature.

I made a pot of plain lentils for the week ahead (we cook them plain and then add stuff to them when we reheat), so I heated some of those up with some chopped turkey, brussel sprouts, asparagus, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, pepita seeds, raisins, parmasean, and old bay seasoning. Whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter.

What do I need to resize my picture as so it's not so huge?0

What do I need to resize my picture as so it's not so huge?
What I do is get a little further back and offset it to the left so I don't have to resize. But you can do it before you upload the picture with what ever photo software you are using. I'm just lazy.

Am still reeling from yesterday's early start. Quickly prepped chicken and rice for breakfast. Just browned it and poured picante sauce over it.
Dinner on Saturday night ... Had friends over as a lead in ... Made my friend's hubby's recipe ... Pan fried pork with onions and apple juice served with oven baked whole potatoes & trimmings [did not photograph], Copy cat Red Lobster biscuits and Caesar Salad [no pic]. Dessert was Chocolate cake. Held off on the ice cream ~ I literally had no room for it.
Pork in the pan
Copy cat Red Lobster Biscuits
Chocolate cake
Still had leftovers from Saturday ... Decided to eat that for dinner last night with a frappuccino. Skipped lunch. Drank a lot of water.0 -
I didn't take any pics this weekend but the meals went something like:
Friday - Fish tacos with tilapia and diced, sauteed zucchini, squash, and corn. Chips and guacamole. Super yummy. I have leftovers of the filling, I might just eat it with chips tonight!
Saturday - frozen pizza (from a local place though), salad, and pumpkin Lofthouse cookies with cinnamon icing
Sunday - all the football food... Jalapeno Popper Dip, pretzel cheese bites, super spicy wings, chili, and chocolate/peanut butter gooey butter cake. Not to mention lots of beer...0
