    Awesome transformation brother! I will hit my 3 year mark in November and will continue to kick *kitten* in the gym and in the kitchen for as long as I live. I don't look back at where I use to be and how I let myself go for the worse I focus on small goals and crush them daily with the help of determination/motivation and discipline. Keep killing it!
