I'm really bad about only reading too many things at once. Right now I'm reading "The City and The City" by China Mieville, "Do Zombies Dream of Undead Sheep" by Timothy Verstynen and Bradley Voytek, and in honor of the recently passed Victor Stenger, I'm rereading "Quantum Gods"

The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman. Friends have been singing Neil Gaiman's praises for years and after finishing my first book by him, The Ocean at the End of the Lane, I totally get why. I'm absolutely on a Neil Gaiman kick that probably won't end until I've devoured all of his work. Must read all the creepy whimsicalness!

Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty
  • @BraveNewdGirl - If you wanna enjoy Gaiman goodness, then read his first collection of short stories - Smoke and Mirrors. 2 other books that i highly recommend are American Gods and the graphic novel series Sandman.

I loved John Saul novels as a teen, haven't read any of his work recently. Oh and it's ok if you read the 50 shades series...I did, even my hubby read them, they were funny.

The Fiery Cross, the 5th book in the Outlander series.

How are you liking the series? A friend suggested them to me, but I wasn't sure if I'd like them or not.

I read all kinds but chewing through some crime thrillers at the moment.

    Alison Burke
Chris Carter (X Files) have only read "An Evil Mind" but it was really good.
    Neil White

Also loving Joe Hill (Stephen King's son), a couple of really great books including Horns, NOS4R2 and Heart Shaped Box.

I have just finished reading "Happiness Sold Separately" by Lolly Winston and "American Sniper" by Chris Kyle. Am just starting to read "I couldn't love you more" by Jillian Medoff [the first 3 chapters aren't keeping my interest at optimum to continue turning the pages] and "Flight of Eagles" by Jack Higgins.
