Today seemed effortless and I got half way before realising where I was. And that was without the distraction of some music.
@ftrobbie- Don't you love runs like that? Some days you could rule the world in your running shoes.

10/4 – 13.36 miles – 1st Half Marathon competed! Goal met! (2:26:19) Maintained a great pace for miles 1-5 then had a pinched nerve in my right toes making it impossible to focus on anything but the pain. Stopped a few times to massage foot. Still happy with the run. Next half scheduled for Nov. 27. Continue training switching to a sub 2:15 plan. :drinker:
@bkbenda-You rock! Great time in your first Half Marathon! 7 weeks until your second & you'll cut 12 minutes off your time- that's determination! Go for it!
5th - 2.35miles absolutely awful, walked most of it and am sweating like I've never sweated before!!!
@QueenMedusa- We all have off days, don't let it keep you down! :flowerforyou: You'll feel better next time.

Nooooo!!! If they want to know your distance in miles, they should be able to convert kilometers to miles and vice versa! Little math does not hurt anybody  :glasses:

I really felt like I could have ran even farther, I wasn't tired at all by the end of my run. But I ended up going to the gym later in the evening and I'm heading there early tomorrow morning, so I didn't want to tire myself out too much.
I'm thinking about changing my goals... I'm definitely going to reach 30 in another week or week and a half.

Can't seem to get my ticker to display my mileage. Any help would be appreciated.

    Ran:

    2 miles - 10-2-14
    1.25 miles - 10-5-14

Hi! You have to enter 3.25 miles in the ticker setup, in the same place where you have to enter the password. It asks:
"Your current cumulative value:" and you enter 3.25
Then, it asks your "target goal" and you write your goal for the month, as I think you did.

New on this. Maybe my goal is too high, but let's see. Maybe I will consider walking and running.

You mathematicians and your applied logic- that's where it all goes horribly wrong.
