Over here in Ireland we have only just gone midnight so will be sleeping and start this tomorrow which would be the offical 1st of the month here :laugh:

Ok here are the results from today :bigsmile: I also did 25 mins Kettleworx and 53 mins of Zumba my body feels like jelly now :laugh:

It's my first challenge here too I am just waiting on Kizzy to confirm what we are to do for now I am just posting my results as I do the workouts ?? :drinker:

i was feeling sick today. i think i am coming down with a cold. anyways since i said i wanted in on the challenge i forced myself to do the shred today. it felt good to sweat it out. it's funny how i feel like i have more energy after i work out than before.0

we will be posting just our weight if u want to do measurements you can but its not necessary.
ALSO if u want to u can take a BEFORE pic but DO NOT post it email it to me on here and i won't post it til the end of this month's challenge..take an AFTER pic on feb 28 and email it to me...that way i'll put everyone who participated BEFORE AND AFTER pix all in one post.
also u may come in everyday and talk about ur experience doing the jillian michaels program.

Today's Day 4 for me as I started end of Jan. I did the first day of No More Trouble Zone yesterday. It was hard! About 56 minutes in total so definitely more time consuming. I'm back to Shred Level 1 today but honestly, I am so sore from Day 3, not sure how I'm going to get through today...plus I ate snacks last night during film night....bad me...
Good luck to all and let's keep motivating each other! I know I'm gonna need it...

Just finished day 2 of the shred and I feel sooooo sore! How many calories do we jot down for the first circuit?0

if ur using something like a bodybugg it will tell u how many calories u burned...other than that i not sure...i read somewhere that if u want to track it on here u just list it as circuit training i haven't used the exercise tracker on here yet0

Just done Day 2 :drinker: crikey my knees are sore lol also did BFBM no clue of cals or burn as my HRM moved and zero'd out :grumble:0

Soooo I missed yesterday - original plan was to wake up before work and do it but when my alarm went off at 5:15 AM I just rolled over and reset it to 5:45 and went back to sleep... LOL... it was my birthday though so I don't feel too guilty about missing
So today I did 30 Day Shred Level 1 and I'm just going to continue onto Day 3 tomorrow (I'll do 30 day shred on day 7 instead of having an off day to make up for yesterday!)
