LOVEME: Way to go on the sodium you are braver than I, and the fact that I Constantly crave salt!

    Weigh in today: 168.4

If I am 166 by Valentines day im getting myself those shoes that look like gloves for your feet! yay! I am curious what do you all treat yourself with when you reach your goal.

184.6 for me. So down a little... but still up from when we started...

as for treating myself - I have a problem with not waiting until I hit a goal... which I think is detrimental to my success. So new goal is to only reward myself when I accomplish my goals. And I usually do it with clothes. There is an outfit I want, and I can only buy it when I weigh 165.

also - I know that I have been sucking on the challanges these past few weeks. But I think I have found my motivation, so I will try really hard on the next one.

Hope everyone has a good weigh in, and weekend!

YAY! I ran my 1st 5k race this morning. I finished in 30 mins 3 secs. It wasnt too bad but that cold air, fog, inclines and a couple of stomach cramps had me thinking I wasnt going to be able to run the entire time. However, I just kept telling myself to push through it and I did!

I used to have trouble staying under sodium, too. I was able to combat this by switching to lower sodium food options, ex. no salt added whole-wheat bread, and by making my own foods. Without doing that, it's almost impossible to stay under sodium because there is so much added to regular foods.

    Ok guys

what has everyone been doing this week?

Anyone set any mini goals for the week?

I have been trying to eat my servings of fruits and veggies.
Excersize wise I have had a slow week. Getting at least 10 to 20 min of walking in. I have more pt on my knee this week.

Anyone have any goals to work on next week?
