Hi, all. This week I got a cold, so I could not exercise and... I'm one kilo up. Last week I was 94.5kg and this week I'm 95.4kg ):0

Hey everyone, sorry I'm a day late!! I'm happy with the loss this week but not proud of it because I am pretty sure it's from my T.O.M going away, because I haven't exercised at all since last saturday! That's so bad, I've still been watching my calories and what I eat, but for some reason I'm really lost on motivation for exercise, and that's weird because I actually do enjoy exercise mostly. So I guess I have to find my motivation for that and get to it! So for this week I am at 338.8, down 2.2 pounds!
Weight at start of challenge-1/1/11 - 344.8
Weight last week- 1/29/11 - 341
Weight today- 2/6/11 - 338.80 -

i can't believe that i've lost almost a full 30lbs since i've been on MFP!!! every weigh in i look 4ward 2 seein that weight loss increase! my goal is 2 b 160 overall by july. i think i can get pretty darn close if not gettin right on it. :happy:
i know that overall i need 2 lose abt 12lbs a month right now. altho my goal is abt 10lbs a month. hopefully i can at least get to 180 (which is still good b/c that's below my high school weight LOL)0 -

Finally on the way of getting out of the 200's where I've been stuck for the last 3 years! No more excuses.

Sorry so late... :-(. Finally got a battery for my scale and... It wasn't the battery... I had to replace the scale. So on the new scale (same brand and uPdated model) I have a gain of 1.5 pounds. Since this is a new scale AND I have a monthly visitor, I am not upset about that at all! :-). My normal gain for these visits is 5-7 pounds! Lol so either way,I'm good!
Had alot of trouble getting to the gym due to the roads, but did some stuff around the house.

I really hope we get some good weigh ins this week. Mine is not so good but not really bad either. I have plateaued but emotionally - as in my motivation has dipped. Thankfully I am on my 3rd day of 30 day shred and that seems to be keeping me going. Yesterday for the first time in about 2 weeks I was under my calories. So here are my stats:
