            I think I might have underestimated myself this week. I'm already past the halfway mark after two days of workouts!

 Ya'll I did that 4 minute workout today before my abs/spin classes. Somebody posted a thread about it yesterday with a link to the YouTube video. It looks deceptively easy but dang, it's tough! It ramped my heart rate up fast and made it really easy to keep it elevated during both classes. I burned close to 100 more calories in the same amount of time than I usually do.0
