    Day 3 Done - Started off slowwww today but ended On Fire!

    Today is going to be my rest day as tomorrow my trainer has something called the 7 deadly sins for me to do. I am thinking that is going to be painful and require a redbull before starting.

    Jillian's workout is really hard on my body. I have pain EVERYWHERE, shin splints, a catch in my hip now....yeah I'm not jumping right into every day with her . Definitely going to do something a bit lower impact tomorrow.

    I remember 4 of the 7 are burpees, pull ups, push ups, hanging knee tucks and I think one is dips.
