So trying this tonight. In the first photo, if it is just grated cauliflower, what is the yellowish and green stuff??

LOL i had a tad of broccoli in there too.

    Wow that looks amazing!

Also, beautiful Dane in your pic....I grew up with them. They're SO cool.

(I somehow ended up with dachshunds...complete opposite end of the spectrum! lol).

    LOL thank you :)

I'm super intrigued by this, I tried making "mock mashed potatoes" (using cauliflower) and I HATED it! It reminded me of broccoli, which I can't stand! So can you taste the cauliflower in this??

That looks really good. Like most here, I have never heard of this. I started writing my grocery list and this definitely is on it.

    Thanks for sharing!

Made this yesterday but all we could taste was egg white - No worth the extra effort to make the crust IMO but definitely works! Thx for the fun experiment

you can use a full regular egg, and use a stronger cheese also like parmesan or something to bind it, and I often add spices into the cauli-mix :)

I just bought a head of lime green cauliflower from Whole Foods called Vert Cauli. Now I know what I'm going to do with it! This pizza sounds yummy.....can't wait:bigsmile:

Made this today. It was yummy!! I did use less spices than they stated in recipe. I did flip crust over halfway through baking too! Crust did stick to pan a little even though I did spray pan as they stated.
