    Wow seeing some great results this week. Well done everyone who is losing. Please share what you are doing so that we can all learn from it. I am back on track now and feeling very happy. I was down 4 pounds yesterday but up 2 today so a net loss of 2! I'm chuffed!!
    Anyone who is struggling - please stick with it. You might go through a week or even a month without any loss but if you keep going it will work.

    hmm only challenge i can think of is maybe trying to reach 1000 crunches by the end of the week..or to do 100 a day? just a suggestion

    This weigh-in is very promising...and this next week (or 2) will be of great significance if I can hit 145.9 (-1.4) !!!
    That'll mean a normal BMI for me...and since that's what my physician focuses on that'll be my mini-goal for now :tongue:

    I followed the advice of a trainer to include 3 weekly sessions of circuit weights (30 - 45 minutes).
    my normal week consists of 3 Zumba sessions, 3 BodyPump/BootCamp or Kinesis Wall sessions.

    As for a new Challenge, someone suggested crunches. Naturally we could aim for 10k+ steps a day for something like 50k a week.

    This is a life thing! We can do this the good and healthy way....PLEASE never give up on what you are capable of :flowerforyou: Don't think it too much, just do the work :smile: We're worth the effort :flowerforyou:

    Well, I'm back on track today.

    My month 2 of INSANITY started today and Oh My Goodness! I thought I was gonna die! I had to take so many extra breaks, but I didn't turn it off (I've done month 1 several times, but could never get up enough strength for month 2. SO I'm pretty proud of that. ;)

    Tomorrow's weigh in will be brutal though. On top of my already sabotaged weekend, TOM started this morning and I feel awful. Explains my insane hunger last night though. I couldn't sleep and just felt SO hungry but sick at the same time. Awful feeling.

    Hoping that tomorrow won't be TOO scary and that I can see a big change the following week. I had peek before the weekend and had FINALLY lost a pound--only to put it right back on. :( Sigh...

    But like I said, today's a new day.

    Congrats on starting month 2 that has been my dilema as well I have yet to start month 2 so far I am on week 3 this time and I am looking foward to becoming a graduate this time around. Congrats on starting a new day and realizing that quitting is not an option you got this keep pushing foward!!

    Let me tell you-month 2--INSANE! But I'm glad that I'm pushing myself. :) YOU CAN TOO!!! It's nice to have a fellow Insanity member here. :)
