I'm still swollen and recovering from my half marathon yesterday and refuse to step on the scale. I'll weigh in first thing tomorrow morning (but ill probably still have "gained" due to the water retention and muscle recovery) :-)0

I love 30 DS she also has some other ones that are really good too! At first I wasn't able to do everything but in 5 days I was keeping up and able to do it so don't be scared do what you can you will build stamina!0 -

Let me try that again. I have also done Shred It With Weights a couple of times. I may switch them out. I could not do everything today but I think will be better soon! Here's hoping for some major poundage loss!0 -
