    Well I'm staying consistent, which is making me happy!!! I've decided to cut out diet soda this week, I know it should be easy and that there is absolutely no nutritional value to drinking it, but I just enjoy it so much. A can a day is too much, especially since it does make me crave junk...lets face it no one wants fresh fruits and veggies with a glass of coke, now pizza and chips...you know what I mean. So here's hoping that now I have posted it, I will be able to follow through!

    I am not exactly kicking *kitten* and taking names in this challenge. It's my lady time as well as midterms--I am starving and stressed and don't give a damn about resisting. Things should be better next week.

    I had a great week, I started back my exercising and I did it 5 times last week....this week I am pumped so hopefully the scale will start to move soon

    I hit my mini goal of 150 for the month! Super excited! I also just started P90X, so I think March is going to be a great month. If I don't lose my goal of 5 lbs I'm sure I will still lose inches and that is what matters to me the most.

    @Sugar_Apple: way to go on that exercise. i'm really bad on the weekends.. i haven't exercised since friday!

    again, good job to everyone who lost weight, whether you reached your mini-goals or not! for those who didn't lose, we still have 2 more months to go!

    Well, I did some re-evaluating. I have had my deficit set to lose 1lb a week. I've upped it to 1/2 lb per week. I know that I haven't met my "goal" yet, but I am so close that if I workout really hard, strip off every ounce of clothing, use the bathroom, and inhale, I could PROBABLY weigh in at goal. Soooo, I am working towards maintenance now. I'll spend about a month or so at 1/2 lb, and assuming I don't gain any weight back, I'll bump it up to maintenance after that. Who knows, maybe that little extra will be enough to shock my system into losing the last couple! Either way, I'm happy.

    Now to head to Zumba! Had to skip it all last week because of meetings, etc. But I'm back at it this week!

    I had a bad weekend that led to a bad weigh-in today. However, looking at my progress this far, I'm pround that I have officially lost 10 lbs (exactly) since starting the challenge on Jan 3rd.

    Tomorrow I take my 1st of the Month pictures and I'm looking forward to seeing the progress thus far. :)

    Yay, well I made it a week without any soda pop and I am feeling great!!! I'm going to shoot for another week, this time no crystal light either...just water!!! Keep up the great work everybody!!!
