Well I'm staying consistent, which is making me happy!!! I've decided to cut out diet soda this week, I know it should be easy and that there is absolutely no nutritional value to drinking it, but I just enjoy it so much. A can a day is too much, especially since it does make me crave junk...lets face it no one wants fresh fruits and veggies with a glass of coke, now pizza and chips...you know what I mean. So here's hoping that now I have posted it, I will be able to follow through!

I hit my mini goal of 150 for the month! Super excited! I also just started P90X, so I think March is going to be a great month. If I don't lose my goal of 5 lbs I'm sure I will still lose inches and that is what matters to me the most.

Well, I did some re-evaluating. I have had my deficit set to lose 1lb a week. I've upped it to 1/2 lb per week. I know that I haven't met my "goal" yet, but I am so close that if I workout really hard, strip off every ounce of clothing, use the bathroom, and inhale, I could PROBABLY weigh in at goal. Soooo, I am working towards maintenance now. I'll spend about a month or so at 1/2 lb, and assuming I don't gain any weight back, I'll bump it up to maintenance after that. Who knows, maybe that little extra will be enough to shock my system into losing the last couple! Either way, I'm happy.
Now to head to Zumba! Had to skip it all last week because of meetings, etc. But I'm back at it this week!0 -

I had a bad weekend that led to a bad weigh-in today. However, looking at my progress this far, I'm pround that I have officially lost 10 lbs (exactly) since starting the challenge on Jan 3rd.
