I still do the modified Plank Jacks and the other plank move, just because the regular ones are so hard on my back. I still burn tons of calories.
I have orderd the 6Wk 6Pack and I hope that it comes soon. I have also ordered Ripped in 30... Good luck with the rest of L2. I have today and tomorrow and then I am off to L3...
Are you doing anything else with this DVD? Just curious...
I was gonna try P90x since I have it, but I am not ready for that one just yet!! 6wks 6packs is good too. I did it friday and havent done it since. I'm gonna try that after my 30days are up. I figured once I conquer Jillian Micheals, I can finally do P90x. Pushups are my biggest struggle.0 -

L3:D2 complete today Was able to do more of the standard movements today than yesterday. Getting a little better with the transitions. 8 more days to go!0

I did this last summer with great results!
I didn't love the third stage though, it just didn't get my heart going and didn't feel as intense as the first two stages. I took a brreak from it to do something else but hoping to do the Shredd again right before tank top season!
Good luck and stick with it, I loved how it was only 20 mins a day, really easy to fit in your day and just when you thought you were going to die, the workout was over!0 -

I am just having a hard time with an hour out of my day. I have done the X stretch and loved it.. You may try that if you have time after you work out. You will feel like a million bucks!

I think that it may... I spoke too soon when I said i have conquered her... My last day at level 2 and I was totally kicked... I did run on the treadmill for about 15 min and walked the other.... Tomorrow will be better, I won't eat dinner before i exercise this time.
For your knees, if you are not already doing the modified version, I would.

I kind of fell off the wagon last Friday because my body needed a break. Unfortunately, the break lasted until Tuesday night. 4 days off eek!! I know my body needed it though, my knees and shins were really bothering me. Last night felt good to get back to it though. I was disappointed that I lost a little endurance, but that's just motivation to not take such a long break next time! I really feel like level 2 is creating some great results! I did 4 days last week, but I plan to do level 2 now for an extra 10 days, last night being day 1 of level 2.

LV3D4 complete. The pain in my shins has eased off more so I'm able to do the exercises properly. Hoping it'll stay this way!0

L3D1 DEAR GOD! I took a few breaks... Jeez... I think I will do better on Friday... I have a meeting tomorrow and can't work out...:(
I also did 1/2 of the X Stretch.. That is always nice...

I started today. Ran to Walmart today and bought the DVD for $9.00 and they also had her 30 Day Shred "kit clearanced for $14.88. Included a yoga mat, 3# hand weights and a water bottle. I would love to join a shred group. I will be a few days ahead as well, but I think it will be a great experience. Looking forward to checking in with all of you!

BUT, my dvd is not skipping at the end of level 2 during the last set of jump rope :sad: Luckily I can manage to continue and then time 1 min abs and then the DVD works for the cool down, but I'm sad! I use my fiances xbox to play the DVD so I am hoping its just his xbox, but its the 2nd day its skipped at the same spot! Hoping my dvd isn't completely ruined!
But after yesterday and today, my arch in my foot is killing me. Anyone else experience foot pain?0 -

The only pain I've noticed is my shins. Eased off yesterday but seems to be back today. Just gonna have to power through I think. Going to do LV3D5 in a few hours.0 -
just checking in, I havent shredded for 2 days now as I have had pretty bad tonsillitis (have been off work for 2 days). I am easing myself back in with some yoga but my throat wont stand any hard breathing at the mo. Keep going all you are nearly there!0

The Morning After L3... I am not whining.... I woke up this morning and my shoulders are "a good kind of Sore". I thouhgt I would die when I was doing the jumping jacks with the weights, but now I know it was worth it!!!
I am off tonight, but will be back at it on Friday...:)0 -
Did D2L2 last night and I was gasping for air and sweating like crazy!! Hopefully day 3 tonight will be better! Definitely need the stress relief of the shred - work has been nuts today!0

LV3D5 complete! can pretty much do everything now without stopping for 5 seconds, the last cardio section is a killer though, i have to stop for a beat or i swear my legs will cave in after all of those jumps!0

LV3D6 done. Did LV1 first aswell as a 'warm up' but it still totally kicked my butt, pushed through with level 3 afterwards and then went for a walk. Feeling good today!0

I do 30 shred along with p90 x, not everyday though. I use 30 day shed instead of polymetrics on p90x.0
