Weight loss 2.5 pounds
Much better than I expected. I had a terrible week and wish I could say that that weight loss was from eating healthy and exercise which is normally how I have been loosing it but its not. My boyfriend of two years broke up with me this week cause he didn't want to be tied down, wanted to party and etc. AND its midterm week for me plus my TOM. So honestly I haven't been eating a whole lot. but thats changing tomorrow, getting back up to 1200 calorie minimum and staying there. Hope everyone had a better week than me!
Oh sweetie I really feel your pain. I broke up with my boyfriend a little while ago and it hurts. I know people will be giving you advice right now but all I can say is each day gets a little easier. Also read a book called The Secret. It's about positive thinking - sounds a little "out there" but it really pulled me out of a dark hole. Time for you to look after the most important person in the world... you!0 -

Little disappointed, but I know where my downfall came this last week. Emotional eating due to my husband being out of town...I need to get back on the wagon! I'm frustrated because when I weighed in on the 1st, I miraculously dropped 2.4 pounds, in a matter of 3 days. so thursday when I weighed in I had gained 1.5 of it back.0 -

Sorta bummed I lost nothing. I worked out really hard this week! But I did end up catching a cold and was pretty lazy this weekend. Still I was down a pound yesterday, but not today. Doh! Better luck next week.

Ok didnt so sooo great this week, too many hrs of work and caught a cold so skipped a few workouts. Then ate really badly. Then ate badly some more....the anniversary of my lil sister's passing was on sunday so in order to commemorate, we ate the things she loved (which is nothing healthy)
Did 30 day shred yesterday so...fresh start.

I'm a little scared that my weigh in this morning was a fluke!! But excited none the less!! I worked out all last week, the average about half hour of cardio, but that's way more than I have ever done especially all week! I took the weekend off, but was in the gym last night for an hour!
