I am absolutely THRILLED that I maintained!!!!! I have been away all week for my brother's wedding. I did not track and I was unable to exercise. I was anticipating a gain, so I was VERY happy when I stepped onto the scale this morning! :bigsmile:0 -

Little disappointed, but I know where my downfall came this last week. Emotional eating due to my husband being out of town...I need to get back on the wagon! My goal for this week is to get in some exercise each day. Even if it just for a short time. I bought an exercise ball this weekend and intend to you it other than playing catch with my daughter0 -

I'm frustrated because when I weighed in on the 1st, I miraculously dropped 2.4 pounds, in a matter of 3 days. so thursday when I weighed in I had gained 1.5 of it back.0 -

hope everyone is having a good week!! I seem to be moving in the wrong direction.. lol. I was away this weekend and wasn't able to exercise much and ate quite badly.. should be back on track by next week!

Sorta bummed I lost nothing. I worked out really hard this week! But I did end up catching a cold and was pretty lazy this weekend. Still I was down a pound yesterday, but not today. Doh! Better luck next week.

Ok didnt so sooo great this week, too many hrs of work and caught a cold so skipped a few workouts. Then ate really badly. Then ate badly some more....the anniversary of my lil sister's passing was on sunday so in order to commemorate, we ate the things she loved (which is nothing healthy)
Did 30 day shred yesterday so...fresh start.

I'm a little scared that my weigh in this morning was a fluke!! But excited none the less!! I worked out all last week, the average about half hour of cardio, but that's way more than I have ever done especially all week! I took the weekend off, but was in the gym last night for an hour! I think I'm ready for these 100 ab exercises a day!0 -
