    Well, I finished off the week getting about 4 push ups further than last week in the 5th set.

    12,17,13,13,12

    Here's to hoping I can squeeze the last 5 out next week.

    Pretty exhausted today and I'm due for a rest day. Only got in three sets today 50, 55, 50.

    week 5 day 3 done

    20,20,24,24,20,20,22,50 = 200 pushups

    Final 50 was tough but just got through it.

    Week 6 here we come.

    Amazed how this program has worked.

    Anyone else in their final week???

    In reply to darrenw74 - I am currently in a calorie deflict I am losing 2lb per week. But I am very hard on myself and push myself to the limit sticking to the program religously.

    I have done push ups for a while in parts of my life whilst playing American Football (in the UK) but I have never been able to do as many as I am doing at present. with thanks to this program.

    I don't know why but I wasn't able to get to my sets of 55 like I did the other day. Today- 50, 50, 50, 50, 50 for a total of 250.

    I finally had more strength tody and made progress (60, 60, 60, 55, 50). I'm feeling it now though.

    Doesn't seem to be many of us left now.

    I had my first fail of the program last night

    Week 6 Day 1 - Level 3

    45, 55, 35, 30, 55 - Total 220

    I managed

    45, 55, 35, 30, 48 - Total 213

    I will repeat day 1 on Friday. Not far off it but 55 to finish with is a killer.

    Today 60, 60, 60, 55, 60 for a total of 295. Wow, just shy of making 300. If only I could have done 5 more. All these pushups make me hungry.

    No, I still can't do that. I'm really feeling it today. Sunday is my normal rest day but I may need to rest today rather than doing my normal cardio today. I'll try Monday and see how far I can get but I really need to rest.

    It's amazing how effective this is! Only did 4 sets today because my wrist was hurting from yoga yesterday. (75, 65, 70, 70 for a total of 275)

    feeling Great. 26lbs down and on the way to doing 100 consecutive pushups. (Who'd of thought it)

    Was only able to get in 3 sets today. 80, 80, 70 for a total of 230. I'm so close but I just can't get in the last 20 yet.

    I was a non believer.

    But............

    The program really works.

    100 full pushups compleated tonight.

    Love it..

    Gonna carry on starting again from week 4.

    Now time to work on Abs. Core exewrsise here we come.
