    I made this this afternoon. Oh my goodness! How absolutely yummy!! I used the original recipe but will try to cut down the cheese next time to see if I can lighten it up.

    Someone said they were still hungry after eating this. I am so full - I really could barely finish the entire pizza. Now I am vegging on the couch stuffed!

    I added some basil and parsley to my crust a smidge of parmesan for flavor.

    I made this for myself this past weekend and my kids wanted some. I cleverly left out that the crust was made from cauliflower until after they ate it. Their only comments were, somethings different but it's good. I finally told them and they couldn't believe it! This really is good. I steamed the cauliflower before hand though and pushed it through my potato ricer. You have to squeeze all of the water out of it after ricing it or it wont be the right consistency.

    Inspired how yummy that was the other day I tried to make it into "breadsticks". I used 1 egg white instead of a whole egg and used 1oz of 2% mozzarella cheese. It was good but tasted like a "quiche". I think it would be delicious with a bowl of tomato soup.
