Mandie: WAY TO GO!!!
I recently bought a fitbit, it is really cool to know exactly how many calories I am burning daily, it allows me to tailor my food to what I'm bearing. I am also trying a lot harder to keep my deficit in the 500-700 range daily.
Yesteray, I was complimented on how good my BP was, then she was even happier to know that my test are steady. It really feels good to know that all my hardwork is really paying off not only on the scale but internally with my health too! It is such a wonderful feeling!0 -

Tiffany I know what you mean about keeping a 500 -700 calorie diff. I need to do the same thing. You can do it !!!

Good Morning!
I'm so excited, I weighed in at 147! That is the lowest that I have been since I returned to the states. I feel like I once again have control of this even now that I am home with my husband.
Alyshe, your right, I think that is why I'm finally stopping the tiptoe dance back and forth and finally had an actual lose on the scale. Now, what can I do to decrease my BF? I guess, I will still be lifting weights.0 -
HEY! just wanted to check in with everyone and let you all know that im still here even though i wont be weighing in for another month. You all have been doing AMAZING!! i've been soo busy lately i havent been logging very much but im making it a priority now and I've been doing 30 day shred and i also have been going out to eat less (me and my roomie promised each other we wont go out to eat again until her birthday which is April 26th ) i hoping to have a big number when i finally weigh in0

I am SUPER happy with that weigh in. I ate well all week but only made it to the gym 3 times because of so much stuff going on, so I think my body must have needed a bit of a break!0 -
Weighed in I'm so not faken happy. 159. I'm not even going to go into details. All I have to say is high stress and chocolate and pizza. Now I can say salad salad salad. I'm not going to stress eat anymore its devastating me and only causing more stress. Should've got drunk friday. Not like it would have made a difference right. lol0

Hey everyone! Congrats everyone on checking in! Sorry, no internet at home at the moment so couldn't post my weight yesterday. Weighed in at 78.8 (173.7) - tiny tiny gain compared to two weeks ago but I'm not too worried about it. I've started a very strict diet now though as the beach is only 28 days away - eeeeekk!0

YAYYYYY!!! I am so very excited about this week. I mostly managed to be really good and it shows on the scale: I finally went under 78 (never yet have since being on MFP)!!!! I weighed in at 77.8 (171.5 lbs)
I also bought 2 bikinis for my beach holiday - leaving in 20 days - and I try them on every day to keep motivated

I am finally into the 150s although I know it's barely there! haha I already put my scale in the cabinet so that I won't be tempted to step on it throughout the week!
For those of you who may not have heard, I am MOVING to FLORIDA on April 20th! Andrew & I got a job there! I will be living about 6 miles away from the Gulf Coast, so I am SOOOO happy that I am ready for the beach! I would love to lose a few more lbs & tone up, but I really think anything from here on out lost is just icing on the cake! haha Hope everyone had a great week! I will be buying a rockin' bikini in the next week or two :blushing:0 -

I'm a little late, my weigh in for the week was 148.2, I keep dancing in the high 140's. I know it's because I eat so bad on the weekend. Sat and Sun I ate a lot better, I'll see how my hard work pays off the end of this week.0 -

I pulled a muscle in my leg last week and was advised to do low impact workouts for a week or so - hence I thought I'd finally try that spin class I've been wanting to sign up for ages. And I'm so glad I did, I really really enjoyed it. Don't get me wrong, it really really reeeaallly hurts today in places I won't mention but it was a great workout and I will definitely do it again.
18 sleeps until I go on holiday! Let's step it up a notch... although I do have to admit I had half a bottle of Champagne last night as I got promoted at work and Matt found a new job :drinker: but hey, doesn't happen every day!

Mandie congrats on the move. Thats awesome! You are also have a super great bmi 23.4 ! The genreal bmi for every one is a bmi of 22 I have to agree that any thing else is just icing on the cake but I would go below 22.0 -

Well not happy with my weigh in this morning at all, it seems I have hit a plateau, I thought maybe I was over it last week but it does not look like it. Back up to 180.8, good thing though is at least I am staying right around the same weight so that is good.
