    Stop doing something negative and start doing something positive.

    This week I will...Workout 4 times a week

    Stop .....adding too much cream to my coffee

    I still am not good at using this. When I've posted some messages for help I don't get an answer. I'm really trying to stay motivated. By the way I did loose 3 pounds :happy: In the first 3 days.

    I am going to STOP eating after 7:00
    I am going to START drinking at less 8 glasses of water and doing 200 abs exercises every day.

    I gained .6 lbs this week, or should I say I ONLY gained .6 lbs this week. I took a road trip with my wife and my 3 adult kids to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon. With all the eating out and partying I was afraid I was going to gain a lot. But by making smart choices at meal times, and of course walking and hiking A LOT, I was able to keep it down. Now I am back on track and really impressed that just by making conscious choices about what I was eating and drinking I was able to keep from gaining too much.

    I am going to stop talking about working on my bathroom and get them done, painted, polished, then shopping for new accessories :P

    I will continue to stay away from smoking... 12 days some days worse than others... But I am doing it

    Okay so for the Challenge I will

    START exercising everyday this week
    STOP procrastinating and clean one room of the house each day.

    Hopefully posting this will hold me accountable. I'll post how I did next monday. You all should do the same!

    Im pretty sure I came and posted it on here (and if not I am very sorry) I am now at 137 I finally lost 1lb oafter staying the same for 3 weeks!

    OK Im going to STOP having biscuits with my tea (even the healthy ones) - I just cant seem to kick the habit and Im going to START (again) drinking my 2l of water per day - Ive let myself slip and don't get even half of that in

    Great job, to everyone who posted their weight this week. That takes a lot of courage and is a great way to stay motivated.
