Bluiz13, you have been SUCH a great motivator in the red, white and bluiz challenge that I'm going to go for this one, too. I'm doing the couch to 5k program right now, so I'll say... 50 miles in April. Let's get movin!!
My feelings exactly! You're awesome Bluiz! Since I usually do my exercise from DVDs I'm going to start kinda small and say 30 miles in April. A mile a day! Hopefully I'll be able to reach it! Off to make my ticker now :bigsmile:0 -

you are welcome to share your weight with us but this is an exercise challenge to move your @ss in some distance measurable amount - miles, KM......choose a distance goal and start moving...report and update your total distance as you complete the miles and dinos will track us on a spreadsheet....0 -
I'm in again. I'm lowering my goal a bit because I feel like focusing on miles is keeping me from doing strength training, something I'd like to focus on more.

I am going to give this a try. I am going to have a conservative 50 miles as my goal since I have other workout programs going too.
