I am so in... I think I'll be the biggest loser, I hope so since I have the most to lose. My starting weight is 334 and my goal for this month is to get down to 320.

Hi,
I know i'm a day late but I'd like to join this challenge as the last one i took part in i failed miserably
This month i have a couple of birthday nights out to go to and my best friend's wedding so hopefully this will keep me on track as i don't want to be the one letting the side down. I'll just have to dance extra hard when i'm out to cancel out the calories from alcohol!
My CW is 230 so i'd like to get down to 220.0 -

OK so let's see... I notice I have been eating LOTS of spinach and strawberries lately...
So for the mini challenge: Eat no less than 4-5 servings/cups of veggies/fruit a day- every day.

Well I got in a salad for lunch ....then thought outside the box and decided to make my sheppard pie with mashed cauliflower... everyone loved it!!!! and one serving was 209 cal!!!! I also had a side of brocoli slaw and carrot slaw with my supper!0 -
