Move it for 360 Minutes Every Week for the Month of April

Well, that's not true. :noway:
What it brings are bikinis and shorts!!! In 30 days, we can shed that winter layer. :drinker:
What will you find underneath? :sad:

So, you've go to make some time to time to Move it! Shake it! Jiggle it! Wiggle it! Bump it! Thump it! Stomp it! Womp it!!

1) WE ARE NOT going to be mushy :noway:
2) Our thighs WILL NOT rub together when we walk :cry:
3) WE WILL make our goals this week :flowerforyou:
4) Things WILL NOT jiggle unless we dancing and we want them to :smokin:

The goals are:

1) 360 minutes of moving...it doesn't matter what kind you do or how you break it up

you can wash walls......do videos......walk your neighbors dog...... just get busy!!!

Point is to keep moving and doing something

- or -

2) Burn 2500 to 3500 calories with a heart rate monitor

OK, who's in for Week #1, if at first you don't succeed, you keep trying...just keep coming back and reporting progress or non-progess...it doesn't matter...it keeps us accountable and that's how we commit to healthy lifestyles

    Count me in!! It's roughly less than 15 minutes a day for 5 days!! This is a VERY achievable goal.

    OH GOSH. See, I need exercise so I can get some oxygen to my brain! It's not the right math! lol...
    72 minutes a day for 5 or 51 for 7.

    Kim, I am in again. I will be away for 4 days this week so I won't be able to keep the pace I normally do in a week. I think I am going to knock it down to 3500 calories.

    Last week I believe was my best week!

    360 min week of 3/28/11:

    M: 36 min Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk................................................................................324 min to go! :heart:
    T: 47 min LS 3 mile walk........................................................................................................277 min to go! :heart:
    W: 70 min = 25 min bike, 15 min elliptical, 30 min weights.............................................207 min to go! :heart:
    T: 80 min = 30 min elliptical, 15 min bike, 35 min weights.............................................127 min to go! :heart:
    F: n/a
    S: 110 min = 30 min LS DVD 2 miles, 48 min LS 3 mls, 32 min walking.......................17 min to go!:heart:
    S: 69 min = 37 min LS dvd 2 miles, 32 min walking...........................................................0 min to go! Whoohooo!!:heart::heart: :heart:

    Total min this week was 412 min so I was over by 52 min. Really it was more than that but I did not count all the walking I did this weekend!

    Everyone keep up the good work and lets knock it out again in April!

    I would love to continue participating in this challenge, but I know for the next 2 weeks I will not be able to get in 360 minutes...lots going on right now, but come the last week of April, I will be back to normal. Can't wait for these 2 weeks to fly by!! Have a great week!! :-)

    Tuesday, 3 hours of sleep thus far...so, I will start fresh tomorrow...but, a nice round of Zumba does sound nice...I'll think about it

    My new elliptical is arriving tomorrow and she is BEAUTIFUL....
