I've been exercising and updating my ticker but forgetting to come in here and say hi.

I think I've had two workouts so far. The first one I ran & walked on the treadmill for 5.3 miles and biked on a stationary recumbent bike for 4 miles....and the second workout I biked 6.5 miles. This brings me to my current total of 15.8 miles.0 -
I completed week 4 day 2 of the C25K program for about 2.1 miles. Added to that are some morning errands and chasing the dog around the back yard. Hooray for moving our *kitten*!0

Just got home from the gym. I did 15 minutes each on the elliptical and stationary bike for 0.5 and 2.90 miles respectively. Man, the elliptical TOTALLY kicked my butt! Here I'd thought I got past that! lol0

I'm in! This is my first challenge so I'm not sure how to get the ticker working. I'm going to move 75 kilometers!0

Hooray we did NOT get the 5 inches of snow that was predicted but some wet snow and high winds!! I did bundle up and take the furries for a 3 mile walk!!0

2.3 miles going c25k sat while kids were at gymnastics and then 2.5 miles on the treadmill before group power class...really struggled with the c25k but then when i got on the treadmill i ran for a full mile straight at 5-5.5...weird....updated my ticker....0

I would like to do this. I'll be crazy busy the whole week surrounding Easter, and I just started, so I'll start with just 30 miles. Not like it will hurt if I do too many, right?

3.91 miles sunday...slow but steady. Very busy month should get all the walking part in if I wear my ticker. When I travel, I have been walking the airport while I wait in between planes. Have a great week everyone. Reach for you goal!!

3.2 k on my treadmill at 3.0 elevation. Raining too hard for wimpy me to go outside at 6 am!0

So my husband drug me out the house on Sunday for a walk. We had a great time. Managed to walk a mile which was good. So one mile down 49 to go. I am still struggling getting up at 6 for a run, but I won't have a choice if I want to get my miles in!0

Cycled 9.4 miles to work today, which is good for commuting and clocking 'easier' miles, but my original plan was - still is - to run over 30 miles this month and add some strength training. With only 3.5 miles ran so far I'm not doing so well in that department, however the month is still young.
Quick update: 33 people have moved 266 miles. Not bad.0 -
