OK so let's see... I notice I have been eating LOTS of spinach and strawberries lately...
So for the mini challenge: Eat no less than 4-5 servings/cups of veggies/fruit a day- every day.

Well I got in a salad for lunch ....then thought outside the box and decided to make my sheppard pie with mashed cauliflower... everyone loved it!!!! and one serving was 209 cal!!!! I also had a side of brocoli slaw and carrot slaw with my supper!
Great job getting those veggies in!! I bet it was wonderful!!0 -
when I get bored I make homemade popsicle. Just freeze orange juice or some other juices, can add strawberries and other fruits like that. It's just a different way to eat it. And it feels more like a dessert. LOL
What a GREAT idea!!! With the weather warming up this is a treat I could enjoy with kids and have fun creating various combinations! Thanks for sharing!0 -
