Grrrrr... I've been good this week. I promise! The last two days I've felt sick so perhaps that's part of the reason but I'm not happy this week.
Last week all my exercise was low impact - like the Wii Fit so perhaps I need to step that up a bit.0 -

Sorry, had some technical difficulties this week but I seem to be back on board. Keep your week 2 weigh ins rolling in and in the mean time here's the progress list from week 1. We lost about 30 people right off the bat but hopefully they'll trickle back in. No matter though, of the 65 remaining members we still lost a collective total of.....

Well, I had my fair share of sweets today, but I broke up with my boyfriend this morning while I was at a friend's house... my first instinct was to exercise the emotions away but I couldn't... so instead I had like 6 snickerdoodles I also completed the first level of the thirty day shred today! Started our countys' biggest winner challenge this week. I reduced cals by an extra hundred and shifted the majority of my calories consumed to earlier in the day. Biggest loss I've had in weeks. WOOT Congrats to everyone who stuck around and for all your hard work.0 -

Hey Gang, so in filling out the week 2 weigh ins I saw a couple people who posted both their week 1 and 2 together and I had taken your name off the list, I'm not sure if i somehow missed your week 1 or if you were late in posting week 1, it all got a bit confusing because I waited so long to get the list up that I was sifting through weigh ins for different weeks, but don't fret, yer names are back on the list and will be there for the Week 2 progress list, which if we get the majority of people in by today will be up tonight and that's a promise! But just to be sure, what would make it clear for me is if you posted something like this:

that way if you decided to change your goal weight or any other part of your info it would be clear to me. And try not to "quote" yourself, because then I don't know if you are giving me your info or just commenting on someone else's post. This would be helpful especially if you are not posting on a Sunday. And if would also be helpful if you can't post on Sunday, go ahead and wait to post on Monday as opposed to posting early like on Thursday or Friday because then you are getting mixed in with the peeps who are posting really late. But if I get the list up in a more timely manner then this will be a moot point. Anyway, y'all have a great Monday!0
