    Not a bad start to the week or quarter. So far so good exercise wise but I know it can't last.

    Ok, so trying to get off my bread kick, which has been KILLING my calories, :frown: I am going to try something different. :huh: It's supposed to make your skin look radiant and flush out your body of toxins.:love: It's a 3 day fruit and water diet. Only fresh fruit or canned fruit with no added sugar... and only drink water, and you can add those little flavor packets to the water, as long as they are sugar free. What could it hurt?? and my body needs a break from BREAD!! :):bigsmile:

    Sounds exciting!!!! Being IR, I can't do anything that drastic, but it sounds yummy. I could live off fruit.......but I would think your blood sugar would spike, a lot. So be prepared to sleep or eat.....A LOT!! :)

    I'm pretty happy with this number. I haven't been working out just counting my calories this month. But I just got my wii fit Thursday so I'll be able to workout at night whenever I'm done with school.
    My current goal is to be under 200 when I graduate, which will be May 7th. That gives me 5 weeks to lose 13 lbs.

    OK don't tell me the scale is playing an April Fool's joke on me. I have done something I haven't done since I started on here in August. I show a loss on a Friday! Only 0.8 pounds but I'll take it. After 10 days of 1 hour exercise a day and a relatively good 1st week back at school it should be more. Need to lose as much as possible early in the quarter before I get too busy and slow down again. I think during breaks I am doing so much exercise I don't lose. MFP is showing only .6 so maybe I had lost a bit more before that I didn't remember. Anyway I am finally in the mid 30's which feels to me like I can actually get below 200.
    So Carol good luck with your fruit diet. Morgan congrats on the loss and you definitely will make your goal! So since this is probably my only time I will get to report on weigh-in day I was not about to miss it although I probably should be heading off to school. Have a great weekend. That bit of weight isn't there to stay Pam.

    I'm too am hoping that scale isn't playing a trick on me. After a week of being in the "depressed" mood and junking out on junk food, drinking lots of reg. soda, and not being motivated or exercising, I actually lost weight and I hit the 160s, weighing in at 168.8 lbs!! Woo hoo!!! Time to celebrate!!

    By the way, Saturday when I hopped on the scale, I saw a much better number. Friday's weigh in had me spooked so I upped my water and BAM.....Going to make sure I maintain or do more for next Friday

    I just had an awesome NSV :) I went to work wearing my old size 24 and had to consider making a paperclip suspenders to keep them up. Stopped off on the way home and picked up 2 pairs of size 20!!!! They are uber comfy and because they are stretchy, I'm hoping to get a good 6 months at least, even if I keep losing the weight at the rate I have been.....although, with all luck, we'll be pregnant in 2 months (and becuase they are elasticized, I'll still get some use out of them at least until I get too big :) LOL)

    Great NSV Pam. I am getting closer to needing to get more pants. Hopefully it will time out with needing spring clothes (it snowed here today). i did the last 2 days worth of challenges to catch up.

    Sorry! I'm still here, lol. I've been MIA, still able to log in, but the last month has been hard. I've been having some people issues and some other things going on, so i've been on checking in, but not logging food/exercise.

    I know last week when I weighed in I finally hit the 160s at 168.8!! Slowly getting closer. Hoping my problems are solved, and I should be getting back on track.

    Sorry, I didn't mean to vanish. I was out of town for a week at a Children's Book Conference and all calorie counting went out the window. I excuse some of it as luncheons provided by the conference were out of my control but the food and margaritas I had out with fellow librarians was all on me. I thought for sure I had undone a lot of my work but according to the scale this morning I'm only up one lb. I think I'll wait til next week and give myself a chance to get back on track before an official weigh in .

    Must have been a margarita weekend. Had one Friday. Sorry I missed seeing your loss on here Pam that is great. Hope you feel great soon. I went to Zumba Friday and Aquafit Saturday. Told another friend from school about MFP and she joined. Today I spent alot of time taking my daughter around, applying for jobs and a bit of studying. I wanted to walk around Greenlake 2.8 miles but no time. At least I get to walk to school tomorrow. Hope you all have a great week.

    AFM: I'm had a fantabulous birthday weekend! We spent Saturday at the zoo with my cousin and his family and I love it because they're little girl is the closest thing I have to a niece and she's getting sooo big (turning 2 in 2 weeks). She was telling me what the fishies say and the birdies and the elephants and the monkeys.....Then yesterday my family came over for the day and we just hung around the house......so that plus a few pieces of cake over the course of the weekend. But hey - I could have gone for a walk yesterday since I knew the cake was hanging around. I'll know better for next time!

    Thanks everyone! I'm still working on it. Yesterday the hubby and I with the kids walked 2 miles around the river walks at the parks. It was nice to get out of the house and enjoy some gorgeous weather! Today though, its 20 degrees cooler and not as nice, ugh!

    Ack - just wanted to share that I did my morning hop onto the scale and then back off of the scale and then back on again!!!! OMG!!! I'm out of the 230s (today anyways, who knows what tomorrow will bring!!!) That ALMMMMMMOST brings me to my halfway mark!!!!

    Sorry guys! Things have been insane in my life lately!!!!

    I have a week and a half until I can finally weigh in again.... I swore off the measuring tape and the scale for lent. I'm hoping that I have a decent loss!

    TOM is here, and I wish someone would kill me now. Why is it that the cramps are worse EVERY MONTH?!?!?!?!?!:sad: :sad: :mad: :explode:

    I joined a 2 month fitness challenge with a friend of mine who's a beachbody coach. Hopefully that will pan out as well! :smile:

    I'm still here. This week is going a little easier than the past. Today was my lil man's 1st day of daycare (he's 11 months old) and he's doing awesome! He'll be going at least 2 days a week (he's got the mommy separation anxiety issue really bad-wants no one but me, so it was time)

    If he's there 2 days a week, it'll be a little easier for me to get out and workout and get things done.

    My weigh in is on Friday...a little nervous, but we'll see.
