At my heaviest (235):
On my wedding day 09/13/09 (165):
After my wedding, I lost another 20 lbs. Then, in the summer of 2010 I gained 25lbs. :-( I started my fitness pal in late January at 170lbs and I am now at 156.
This picture was taken a couple days ago (156):
I still want to lose 20lbs but it seems like so little in comparison to how much I had to lose to begin with. :-)0 -
BUMP - Everyone looks amazing! :happy:0

Okay, second try! I resized them. Sorry about the repost.
178 or larger. I quit looking and deleted pictures. These fat ones I thought I looked decent in, sort of skinny for the time, so I kept them! The worst ones are destroyed, and now I wish I had one or 2 for motivation! Busting out of size 14 pants and XL shirts, to 139 and M shirts are getting a little small, size 8 pants. I wanted to be fitter before I hit 50yrs old! Not have my first heart attack soon! 12 or so pounds of jiggle left, and I'm toning everything up now.

Ok .. I will post this. It is always embarrassing to show the "before" photos, especially when I am not a fan of pictures even now, but maybe it will help other see that it can be done.
6/2003 ~395lbs 56" waist and 4XL shirt
The actual weight loss took about 16 months and I have been maintaining since then. In 11/2010 I joined MFP to re-work the diet and see if there was more to come off. I am down about ~40lbs between 11/2010 and 3/2011 .. which leads to the new photo:
3/2011 ~220lbs 36" waist and Large shirt.

Here's me after a couple months work. Really it wasn't even work, cause I ate whatever and ran like one time. Whatever. It's cool.
No way in hell is that you, especially after a couple months..lol. The facial features aren't even the same
No foolin' you! haha
(Someday!!!!!)
Someday is right!!!! Nothing is unattainable if you have faith and determination.....you go with your bad self **but please stop before your waste is 15 inches in circumference***
I agree! your goal "after" is just too skinny IMO.0 -
You all look INCREDIBLE! Thank you so much for sharing with us:)0

You look FANTASTIC. Well done. I hope i look that good at 20 pounds down.0 -
Well, today was my goal date and I am DONE!
I was a *really* fat guy this time last year, and have been busting my butt to drop weight while retaining muscle mass. I thought all of you guys (and gals) out there would like to see what's possible without any drugs or nutritional supplements, just lots of hard and smart exercise and a sensible diet.
