I hope you didn't forget about me.
I had a wonderful trip to Mexico. It was an all girl trip to celebrate my aunt's 40th birthday. I did not watch what I ate at all. I did exercise 3 times out of 6 days. I needed the break from my calorie watching and my body was exhausted from my intense workouts before the trip. I was so restful and fun, fun, fun!
I swore I would not weigh myself when I got back, but I did. I am up quite a bit, I know most of it is water weight. I am back on the wagon today and feeling great.
I am glad to see everyone doing so well.
I will check in later. I have a lot of things to get done.

Well, I'm doing well so far today! For bkfst I had a 1-slice sandwich with almond butter and apple butter plus half of a bosc pear. Then I had a bowl of salad greens a couple of hours later, and I just ate about 2 cups of steamed carrots / cauliflower / broccoli with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and sesame seeds. One of my favourite snacks! I still have 861 cals for the day unless I work out, then I'll have more.
Cass, I meant to say that I checked out the c25k website and I'm seriously thinking of doing this as well. I need to be very careful with my knees but if they hold up I'm SO in!!
Okay, time for little guy to have a nap then back to sewing!0 -

i am soooo mad right now. i am spitting nails. my son was to stop by on his way home from work to get my new game for the wii fit. he knows i was super excited about getting this game. so 2 HOURS after he had gotten off work i call "where are you? oh, i had to wait for jenn she wanted to come too" i didn't even want to hear anymore i hung up on him. now that was 45 mins ago, and he still isn't here. this tells me that when he gets here THEY will play the game first. and i didn't take out enough chicken for them for dinner and i need to eat around 6. so will be eating if front of them. i am not feeding them. after all i had done for him on the house hunting crap. he knew how much i wanted this game. and does this to me. oh, i am soooooo mad to where ther are tears.
((oh, shanell ask donny if he will look at dad's computer and see why the speakers aren't working. he won't ask kenny now........))

son shows and the game doesn't work. he is taking it back tomorrow. it kept freezing and it wouldn't let me weigh in. but, going through it, it would let you weigh and record food. the little bit i got it to work i was running in place and you had to keep a level in a little box up high to keep her running. i brought up my HR which was good. you can workout for up to an hour and all customized. hope the new one will work.
