So I lost about two pounds this week, unfortunately it was two pounds I had gained over the weekend :grumble:
My weekends always kill me on my weightloss, I gotta start doing some activities to up my calorie burn.0 -

Good job everyone!!!! I never thought I could actually be the person who loses a bunch of weight... but I'd like that to be me one day :-)
I'm excited for the future! Now I just have to make sure that I make decent decisions this weekend... Going to my boyfriend's family's home, boyfriends grandma had a stroke this week. It's always hard going there because they live in a very rural area... and make biscuits and gravy and bacon for breakfast.... ugh oh.... and I always feel weird if I say I'm on a diet and need to eat differently than them, or make them change their plans.... oh well. I'm on a decent streak now so I've got that motivation behind me! Have a great weekend everyone.0 -

This is going to be a tough challenge for me because I have finals coming up. Which means lots of sitting and eating, and little time for exercise. I wish I could get up in the morning and exercise, but I have such a hard time waking up. Any tips?0 -

This is EXACTLY what I did last week! I usually "go out" for lunch on Fridays and for 2 weeks I haven't and just ate my healthy lunch- it seems to have gotten me over the plateau I was on0 -

So my first week in April was horrible - gained 2 lbs instead of losing any!!! But I'm still going to try and do the 10 lbs in one month because that's really what I need to do for myself!
