    Not a happy bunny this week!!!! Not had a bad diary week but the scales are just not moving for me again!!! :sad:
    Hope to be better and going in the right direction next week!!!

    I can't believe this. I put on 2.6 pounds. I have worked out loads so the only thing I can think is that it is TOM. That had better be it!!!

    Well, I'm up a lb. Not happy, but not surprised after last weekends craziness. I also went back and realized that when I did hit the low of 130 last month, it was when I was sick and basically hadn't eaten anything for over a week. So I am just happy that at least I am below the 135 mark that I was at for 4 months straight.

    Hopefully I'll see a REAL loss next week. But I also know that next week will be TOM, so it could be ugly. Blah...

    Weighed this morning and I am 144.8 (compared to yesterday morning of 147.2) so it must have been water weight!

    Shout OUTS to chancie72 for highest % loss of Body weight 2.38%, and for lbs lost, frostiegirl for a 4lb loss last week!
    We had a lot of losses, a few gains, and a few maintainers! Hope this week is even better! Good luck!

    I. I like the fact that i have so much more energy now have lost 29.5 pounds so far not doing good this month so far but thats ok !
    2. I like the fact that i get to go shopping and get new capris in a couple of weeks the ones from last year are way to big !
    3. I like the fact that i am exercising 7 days a week sometimes for 45 minutes sometimes for a hour !
    4. I like the fact that i am never going to go back to the way that i was before ! My weight has always been a struggle for me but i am getting on track with it now !
    5. I have alot more time management now i have to get my exercising in every day woke up at 4:30 this morning to get exercising done before work ! Love the support that i am receiving on myfitnesspal ~

    yay for the table!! if i counted it up correctly, we collectively lost 65lbs in a week! :heart:

    at the weekend i went over calories both days, but not by an absurd amount (say 600 or so). i didnt drink any water tho either. my scale really did NOT like me this morning.

    hopefully tomorrow will be better, ive drank many glasses of water so far today, hoping this helps.
