    I made my OWN variation of this last night ( with grilled salmon) as main course... my family LOVED it and asked me to make more.... DH told me to buy shrimp to add to it for tonight.... I wont be making tonight but next time I will add more carrots as well... what an easy way to get veggies in... and they came out crispy, just the way I like my egg rolls


    I used:

    1 Pkg of Coleslaw Mix
    1 pkg of shredded red cabbage



    low sodium Soy Sauce
    Fresh minced garlic
    Fresh grated ginger

    Egg Roll Wrappers
    ! Egg, beaten
    PAM Spray

    I tried baking egg rolls and it did not work. It was like the outside was cooked but the inside wrapper was still raw. Any ideas of what I did wrong?
