3500+ Calories Burned Challenge 4/18-4/24 (Easter Addition)

Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.
Here is the daily update format.

This week is going to be super hard for me to make the goal as we have mandatory late nights on Tuesday and Thursday and the Gym is closed on Easter.

I'm in again! This is also going to be a difficult week for me with a few late nights as well, but last week gave me such a great push that I'm going to do my best to manage it this week too.0

I just joined MFP today and I think this will be a great way to get started! There is nothing like just jumping in there and doing it. I'm new to this site so I'm unfamiliar with its features. I hope I can figure it out enough to keep updating here each day. Any tips for newcomers to the site? Thanks and I look forward to working with you all this week!0

Im totally in again! I thought burning 3500 was going to be hard for me but this challenge actually motivated me to push harder and further in my work outs! Super surprised that I almost hit 4,000 so that's my goal for this week!0

I am totally in this week!!! The past week I did very well and was so proud of myself for accomplishing this goal. Cannot wait to do it again. SMC, welcome!!! I just finished my first week on here too. For this all you do is copy and paste what missingminnesota posted, like I have below. Type in your weekly goal and each night enter what you burned. Each night, just copy and paste your most recent posting. Super easy. I'd be glad to add you as a friend if you would like!

I would like to join
Last week I burnt almost 5000 but with Easter and my kids being on School Holidays it makes things a little tougher, plus I feel a headcold coming on But this will give me the push I need to make sure I find the time to burn those calories!!

I recently just found my fitness pal thanks to a friend yesterday and this sounds like a great way to keep each other encouraged as well as progress in our own personal goals and would love to join this challenge. Only one day into this and I am finding it very helpful and motivational. Thanks so much.0
