I tried it, but wasn't too crazy about it. I guess it didn't help that I don't like cauliflowers.

Okay....I made the sauce, and my husband liked it, I liked it, but my son (a Fettuccine Alfredo nut) hated it a lot.
I must admit, it smelled pretty rank right up until the point that I blended it and added the cheese.
I think I would have enjoyed it even more if I hadn't put it on whole wheat pasta (which I'm not a fan of).
All in all, it's definitely a great way to get in a LOT of vitamins in a good tasting sauce. Thanks for the recipe!

Has anyone other than the OP tried this?

Yes, I posted earlier that I made it yesterday. My husband and I liked it a lot, but my 21 year old son thought it was nothing at all like Alfredo Sauce. While I wouldn't go so far as to say it tastes like Alfredo sauce made with real cream and butter, it was pretty delicious.

I'm going to give it a try. I'll see if I can fool my daughter into eating it. Haha...

I bought the Classico Signature Recipe Light Alfredo Sauce this week. There are 60 calories in a 1/4 of a cup. My family really liked it. I made it using regular fettuccine. I don't care for the whole wheat stuff.
