Weekly Goal: 3500
Mon: 470 (Gym - rower, elliptical, treadmill)
Tues: 362 (Wii Zumba & walk on treadmill
Wed: 705 (Gym - cardio machines & Zumba)
Thur:250 (Walk with hubby & kids, run up and down some steps)
Fri: 807 (Gym - cardio machines)
Sat:0 spent all day shopping, no calories burned but bought some cute workout clothes
Sun:1006 (Gym-cardio machines, walk hills with hubby, wii zumba)
Total: 3600

Woohoo I made it...just. I had to do a bit of Wii Zumba tonight because I was about 100 calories short. After a busy Easter Sunday I almost was'nt going to do it, but it was only 100 calories so I just did it (and burnt an extra 100 on top).

UPDATE on Today - after I logged what I thought was my day's activities, I decided to finish mowing the lawn to help me cope with a stressful situation so . . .

Wed: 676 calories burned (1 hour, 7 minutes of mowing lawn with a push mower)

Fri: 512 calories burned (61 minutes Elliptical)
Sat: 1447 calories burned (51 minutes Running-on-Air-Stepper Machine 64 minutes of mowing with a push mower)

Total: 4556 - most burned EVER since I've been doing this challenge

Mon: 1805 calories burned - 560 water jogging, 224 swimming, 559 calories water aerobics (yes, I enjoy the water), 462 stationary bike.
Tues: 542 Walking 3 mph
Wed: 1684 calories burned - 181 walking, 559 water aerobics, 657 water jogging, 287 biking.
Thur: 112 calories biking leisurely.
Fri: 2054 calories burned - 1314 water jogging, 559 water aerobics, 181 walking.
Sat: day off!
Sun: 410 calories burned- walking slow paced in IKEA for over an hour
