This thread is one in which a new fitness and dietary challenge is posted each week. The challenges begin on Monday. Lets keep this rolling!

Here are the challenges/format to post for this week: (ANY one can join in at ANY time!)

FITNESS CHALLENGE:
Exercise 5 days this week for a minimum of 45 minutes


DIETARY CHALLENGE:
Drink a minimum of 80ozs of Water Daily __________________________________________________________________________________________

    im in ! 5 work outs is easy, its the drinking enough water i struggle with. hopefully this will help

    Just what I was looking for. I wanted to work out for 5 days a week for 45 minutes and this is a great start. New to website and happy to be here. I hope everyone will check in with progress.
  • Count me in for this challenge!! I need motivation to get back to the gym, this should help!

    ok i am in but migtht struggle a bit with the water for monday as it is already over half way thru monday here and I havent had much.
    will have to convert 80oz too. Is that like 8 cups?

    Exactly 8 cups! :-D I carry around a 24oz (3cups) or 32oz (4cup) water bottle everywhere I go. I set a goal by lunch and a goal by workout then a goal by bed :-D Good luck!!

    Hahaa!! Thanks dear! Soo funny! That's what happenswhen I don't actually think about the numbers! I know how many oz. are in a cup... Silly me!

    lol thanks guys I did the check on my phone. Up to the 9 cups now so should be ok for today.

    how do you always manage to pick the thing that I am struggling with to help me that week?! :laugh: I def need the water challenge! And its a busy week so the exercise will be tough but I'm going to try to squeeze it in...

    Great timing! I was just sitting here, bloated from last night's restaurant meal (why do they empty the salt shaker into every dish?!), and I was trying to justify a day off from working out.

    So -- I am IN!!

    Might need a crowbar to pry my butt of the sofa, but ...

    I just realized...are you only one pound from goal??? That's awesome!!! I have a pear of pants I have been eye balling at buckle too. :) congrats!!!
    Welcome all the new joiners!!! These are fun and can causes just enough thought to help out your motivation. It's great!

    I am in again this week! Last weeks challenge really made me think about things! I struggle with water, so this will help!! I better get started!
  • I'm in, too! The water will be difficult on the days that I work because I'm on my own in the store for at least 4 hours each shift and can't really be running out to use the washroom but I'll do my best!
