    Week 1 (21st March) = 185lbs
    Week 2 (28th March) = 184.5lbs
    Week 3 (4th April) = 183.5lbs

    Week 1 (25th March) = 140.6lbs
    Week 2 (1st April) = 140lbs
    Week 3 (8th April) = 140.2lbs
    Week 4 (15th April) = 137.6lbs
    Week 5 (25th April - should have weighed in on 22nd but was in spain) = 143.8lbs

    Really upset as taken about 2 month to lose this and just put it ominous a week!

    That's why these challenges are SO good for me. I have just updated the spreadsheet and realised I have lost 7lbs / half a stone over the duration of this one. I was beginning to feel a bit flat as my excess is dripping off and just seems to be taking ages to melt away. Seeing the half a stone off has perked me up a lot - it reminded me that this is not a sprint for me and that I need to make changes that are for life.

    Even at 1lb a week that would be 52lbs in the year which would be over 3.5 stones - that'll do me!! :happy:

    Week 1 (26th March) = 203.2lbs (lost 2lbs)
    Week 2 (2nd April) = 203.2lbs (maintained)
    Week 3 (9th April) = 200.8 (lost 2.4lbs)
    Week 4 (16th April) = 200.0 (lost 0.8lb) - so close to onederland!
    Week 5 (23rd April) = 200.0 (maintained)
    Week 6 (30th April) = 199.0 (lost 1lb) - ONEDERLAND! :D
