Great to see so many joining in! For this week's challenge, lets start simple. Increase your exercise by either 30 minutes, or 1/3 of your current. (ex. you usually walk 3 miles a week, so this week you'd walk 3 plus 1/3 of 3 which is a total of 4 miles for the week.)0

I'm in sincec the Easter Challenge has ended. It was Great for me to be accountable and forced to weigh in every week. The scale is the scarest thing I face every week:frown:!!! The last challenge was wonderful for me.

The Easter Challenge brought me fairly close to my overall goal, but every little bit helps. The last 5 lbs is always the hardest :grumble: And a measurements update is good too. I have a wedding in June and one in July, so I hope to reach my goal much sooner than September and keep it there.
