I'm going to change my designations from Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner/Snacks to just every 3 hours so it makes more sense. You can add more times and change the names under settings.

OK, actually I changed it to every four hours and I'll just log what I ate before each time hack. So today my salad goes under the 4 AM time hack.

I will rearrange my times/wordings when I get up this afternoon....It's hard to wrap my mind around the fact that I had soup and cornbread for breakfast/get it going..when it reality it was my dinner...

That's why I had to change it to 4AM, 8 AM, Noon, 4 PM, 8 PM, Midnight. The setting is under settings - Diary settings.

I actually have mine broken up in 8 hour chunks, and use two sections to separate out drinks with calories and to track my meds/vitamins. I think my diary might be open, I'm picking up the tracking to a higher degree of accuracy now but at least can be demonstrative ;)

It's tough working the night shift because everyone thinks you should still stay on a normal schedule when it comes to eating.

Yes, Yes it has. Starting my night with an abscess and a dog attack. I love nights that are surgery heavy. If I could just do surgery all night I would be happy.

Well I'm full of Thanksgiving cheer aka wine and turkey! Work is nice and quiet tonight. I'm going to try to get in 12 cups of water before the end of my shift so I have 8.5hrs left to get it in.

5.5 hours for me. This has been a pretty good shift so far, but my coworker just said the cursed "Q" word, so I'm sure that all hell is about to break loose!

The two dog attacks are doing well. I got the eye back in the one dog and the holes patched up in the other. Both abscess cats went home and both the GI dogs went home. So far so good.
