I changed my diary times from Breakfast, lung, dinner snacks to 4 AM, 8 AM, Noon, 4 PM, 8 PM, Midnight. I run midnight to midnight and record what I ate in the previous four hours.

I'm up around 6pm and try to be in bed by 10pm. I eat around 6:30pm, 12:00am, 3:00am sometimes 5:00am and have a glass of protein powder at 7:30am to fuel my 9am workout.

OK. That's it for me. I'm off to finish records and then head home. Got a date with my daughter to get her new headphones this morning. It's the only time she will tolerate me so I'll take what I can get. She is a teenager after all.

Back at it. It's not going to be a good night. I'm already starting with a bad attitude and I've got a client that wants to sleep with her pet overnight so it won't be lonely.

I love surgery but it kind of bites when you can't fix what the dog broke. Fortunately she can live with it and now that we know what's going on we can medicate to minimize the problem.
