    apparently I wasn't dehydrated! because that loss has been strong for me. I finally feel like I'm back at it. getting to post in this group every week makes me feel accountable, even if we don't hang around and chitchat. hope that weighing on halloween will be under 217.4, the lowest I've ever logged!

    It's good to see the numbers go down. Kicked up my (elliptical) cardio this week plus walking more steps. Got a fitbit and it syncs nicely with MFP. Feel like the workouts are more accurately tracked this way.

    Not a good week for me. I'm sick with a cold and just haven't been too good with my diet for the past couple of days. I'm finally able to breathe a little bit better now and yesterday I was a total mess. I know I consumed quite a bit of sodium due to the choices of soup which means instant water gain.

    I'm hoping by early next week I can get back ontrack. But at the moment I don't feel like keeping track. I'll have my final weight number this afternoon after I have hopefully slept.

    Nice rebound MachineK just keep it going month after month.

    As for me, I surpassed all my goals this month and now I'm more or less in a maintenance mode of finding my true weight with 13% BF in mind. Good luck everyone and I hope to see nice monthly successes going forward.
