Nah that just means your body is changing in other ways. If your clothes fit better it's still progress, you maybe holding onto excess water weight.0

apparently I wasn't dehydrated! because that loss has been strong for me. It's good to see the numbers go down. Kicked up my (elliptical) cardio this week plus walking more steps. Got a fitbit and it syncs nicely with MFP. Feel like the workouts are more accurately tracked this way.0 -
