    Nah that just means your body is changing in other ways. If your clothes fit better it's still progress, you maybe holding onto excess water weight.

    Grrr..... Up 1.1 lbs since I last weighed in! Could it have been the extra birthday cake? Or the muscles that are coming back while I do S90? PMS? I haven't been sleeping well either. Could that be it?

    When I lost weight last time I had a weight gain before a drastic drop. Can I hope that will happen again?

    I think I was a bit dehydrated this morning. hopefully this sticks around!

    apparently I wasn't dehydrated! because that loss has been strong for me. I finally feel like I'm back at it. getting to post in this group every week makes me feel accountable, even if we don't hang around and chitchat. hope that weighing on halloween will be under 217.4, the lowest I've ever logged!

    It's good to see the numbers go down. Kicked up my (elliptical) cardio this week plus walking more steps. Got a fitbit and it syncs nicely with MFP. Feel like the workouts are more accurately tracked this way.
