Pork chop, kumara, vietnamese salad.
I tried the 'baileys in marshmellow shot glasses' thing that's going around on facebook at the moment. It was a fail, so I was forced to float the marshmallows in baileys and milk.
Satay chicken (or 'chicken on a stick' as my son calls it), kumara, coleslaw.
Ribs cooked in rum and pears with mashed potato (with garlic, spinach and corn).
Birthday flan.
Chicken breast, salad, potatoes.

All of this food looks amazing! Hopefully this works... I've never posted a picture here.
I cut up pork chops and butternut squash. Threw it in a crock pot with onions, garlic, maple syrup, 1/2 cup of dark beer, and salt/pepper.

Dinner - Honey roasted turkey sandwich on whole wheat with tomato, onion, mushroom, spinach, provolone, mustard and mayo. Dessert was a small Gala apple with caramel dipping sauce.
