You people man.... didnt i just say my body is craving not me i can give a care less if i eat or not but let me ask you a question since everybodys a know it all. I going to use the answers you gave me. You said i hate food but craving. I didnt say i was (AGAIN I) i said my body and psychological mind is making me crave. But im not hungry my body is because i lost weight and my bf is not below 20% and my weight loss slowed thus making me crave. All im asking how do i boost my weight loss back up to lose the rest of this fat and to stop craving because once i hit my lean body mass im not eating no food like i was ever again im going to eat little.OP hates food but wants to eat more...legit thread..
OP - I suggest that you seek psychological help to examine your relationship with food.
if your body and psychological mind, are not all parts of 'you', what are you?!

Here is what you need to do.
Go lift heavy for a while.0 -
How tall are you? 158 is pretty small for a guy. How much more did you want to lose?0
-
Seek professional help.
It sounds as if you have developed a hatred of food, maybe because you hate the feeling of anything having control over you other than you. Fact is, these leptin issues you speak of are one sign your body is giving of your need of food. It happened to me when I ate too low, for too long, while working out intensely.
As for proof you cannot survive without food, ask the many anorexics who have died from not feeding themselves over the decades.0 -

Again i am eating but even when i had cheat meals and refeeds for the past few weeks nothing changed. See whats going on with my body why is it doing this to me???20yearsyounger wrote: »Until you stop thinking that food is evil, I'm not sure how you are going to solve your problem. I remember your posts from last week as well. Your body fat is going to drop in time once you continue to do the right things to gain strength, burn fat, and eat at the point that your body doesn't need to store fat. Starting different threads isn't going to help you solve the same problem.

Why would you have cheat meals if you don't think you need food?0

no not really because there is this boy who go to my school weighs 137 and he is lean, cut and ripped. He has the same height as me. Also i looked at the lbm calculator it said the healthiest weight range for me is 127 to 180 and im not leaned out yet.TavistockToad wrote: »

I 100% agree!! The advice in that thread though was that he eat at maintenance or higher and focus on lifting. He fought back on that as well. He needs to lose all his weight right now!!!

i didnt mention 'lean ripped cut' i just said you're a healthy weight... which you are.0 -
You are 18 years old. The other child at your school is also, presumably, 18 years old. In many ways you're grown, but in many other ways, your body is still growing. If you talk to a physician, he/she may be able to run blood tests to evaluate your hormones levels. Diagnosing yourself via the internet is bound to make you believe you're not perfectly normal and healthy.0

No but i read the symptoms of low leptin and i have all of them. Also again when i first started cutting this wasnt happening and i am a person with alot of willpower. But my body is taking my will strength away by making me crave which i hate. Didnt you read where i said i been cutting 10 months straight and working out alot???FatFreeFrolicking wrote: »taylorblade wrote: »
Listen like i said bump science and how the human body works give me proof that we have to eat to live. Now if you dont mind please tell me how to fix my leptin im bout to go insane over here. I could really use your help.In any case, OP, you really need to get some professional help and do a little reading up on how the human body works.
How do you know your leptin needs fixing? Did you have it tested through blood work?
If you think you have a leptin deficiency, then go to the doctor and find out.

OP, do you hate food because it made you gain weight? Or do you honestly hate tastes, textures, etc.? Curious.0

You are trying to use your past performance to gauge your future performance. That's not how it works when you get to your weight. Be patient, do the right thing, eat right.0 -
