Great job! I got the same response from doctors for back pain. I didn't believe them, but what do you know 30# lighter and much less pain! You caught on quicker than I did.0

As long as you've got the results you were going for, that's fine. Glad you got rid of the pain.0 -

Thanks for the flower and the compliments. This appears to be a never ending journey for me at the moment. LOL Some days I wish I could just sit back and not watch my food and exercise. But I've done that for 8 days on a recent holiday in Scotland and the return to the gym was not enjoyable. Crazy how quick you can get less fit.0 -

Thank you all! Much appreciated. Someone said in Slimming World yesterday ".... I know someone else who is famous as you ..." ... I was like: "Famous? What do you mean?" And she said: "Well, if you aren't already, you should be!" ... Haha0

A little update. I've gained a little over the last few weeks and was out of my target range by 4.5 pounds for the first time since the end of December 2011. That shocked me a bit, so I pulled the breaks and lost 7 pounds last week. Back in my target range and more. Whoop, whoop.0

Fantastic work!
As a big guy myself (186cm/120kg) it's good to see it done. Did you have any problems with excess skin at all??0 -

I didn't have much of an issue with excess skin because I lost the weight slowly over such a long period. Which appears to be the healthier option anyway.
