Tonight I'm having trout with a mustard and oat crust, with sweet potato fries and peas!
The trout is a Jamie Oliver recipe - it's so lovely, you wouldn't think using oats on fish would work but it's such a good alternative to breadcrumbs
Hope you feel inspired and find something yummy to eat xx0 -

Roasted acorn squash, mixed green salad, and "piggly-wigglies" as my husband calls them (aka pigs in a blanket?)... I wrap veggie hot dogs for me and regular hot dogs for him with a little thin slice of cheese in a crescent roll and bake in the oven.0

I have two things pre-logged. Originally was going to be on my own for dinner so I was planning on a mixed green salad with creamy basil Bolthouse dressing and grilled turkey breast. Found out husband is going to be home for dinner after all, he suggested brats and mac n cheese. Slight calorie difference... oh well!0

No clue! I hoping some veggies, and some meat of some sort. Adding spices is always a plus.0
