I am a bit sad because I have gained 6 pound even through I don't feel like I have gain anything I through I had lost weight. But any way we can do it even if you have a set back then just try some more we can do it.

If you don't lose any and your weight goes up, that's okay too. You're body exchanges fat for muscle for the first week or two when you begin to exercise again, when means get out a measuring and you can keep track that way too. Any progress is always good progress.

Total weight lost: Ummmm, ^_^ I started body weight training and I think that has put a stall on the weight lost, waiting for the whoosh. Lower my cals too, but doubt I will make my goal for this month, but will keep moving forward.
