Did we decide it was 700 for women? cuz I'm there now: 255 squat, 155 bench, 320 DL=730.

I'd like to know this as well...

I am not even close but working on it. I haven't tried for a max rep so that skews me a bit lower. My numbers are all from my Stronglift 5x5 program.

    Bench: 105
    Squat: 165
    Deadlift: 205

Getting caught up on the thread and reading Kelly's totals is giving me a hankering to test my totals again and erase my 45 pound deficit.

I like the x body weight part. It's a lot easier for someone who's 300 lbs to get to the 1000 lb mark than me down here at 190 lbs.

Hoping to retest my maxes on the 19th, but as of Sept, here were mine:
    Squat 365
    Bench 235
    Deadlift 385
    total 985...5.3 x body weight

Hoping for 1075 total in a couple weeks which would be 5.7 x BW

Just a bit short. Deadlift is the area I need to improve the most. Limiting factor is strengthening my upper back. I feel like my form really falls apart at around 275, so I tend to work lighter and focus on keeping my back neutral.
    Bench 245
    Squat 340
    DL 325

    910

Yea, that's true. But the relationship between bodyweight and strength isn't linear, it's a curve, so the lighter lifters will almost always have a higher xBW total than the bigger lifters. I.E. It's a lot easier for a 200lb guy to get a 400lb deadlift than it is for a 300lb guy to get a 600lb deadlift. You have to use the Wilk's formula for that comparison (which honestly still favors the lighter lifters, albeit not as much)

    Comp lifts:

    Bench - 313Lbs
    Squat - 405Lbs
    Deadlift- 551Lbs

    Total - 1260Lb's

I've hit a 220KG\480Lb's Squat, 225KG\496Lb's attempt is open to judges..

Comp day tomorrow, New Comp Squat PB, Should get a comp Deadlift PB as well

    So, Post comp:

    Deadlift now up to 584Lbs
    Squat now to 480Lbs
    Bench was lower that previous.

    Overall Total up to 1355Lbs

I've still only done my 496Lb Squat in the gym (VERY Borderline), I've only counted comp lifts here.

    Wilks up to 390.01

True, the weight/strength ratio is not even close to linear. But the 1000 lb club for a 300+ pounder isn't the same for us sub-200 guys using the wilks either. According to that a 1000lb combined score for the 300 lb guy would be the same as 860 for the 190 lbs guy. or 1000/190 = 1165/300

My comp total of 550 at 80kg is 375 wilks.

    New deadlift PB 250kg

Did it a week later also with a miss loaded bar LOL. Hoping for 260kg by the end of the year as all is feeling good with the deads lately and I'm training them very frequently. (can't do much else)
