130 may seem a little high for someone so short, but I have a big *kitten* no matter what, plus I'm dense, always have been. Back in college I was 130 and my 5'3" roommate was 120 and we wore exactly the same size clothes.
I'm 49 years old and I have no idea what 130 will look like on this ragged old body...haven't been that weight since my 20s. We shall see...I'm flexible. LOL
I'm 5'4" and will probably be done at 135. I carry my weight in my legs and butt too.0 -

This made me chuckle because in another thread this woman refused to believe someone could ever fit in a 10 and weigh 170 despite height. Pretty sure this 188 lb 5'11 chick would prove her "theory" wrong ;-)

Hot damn. This is exactly why I'm trying not to get too hung up on the number anymore. It's a mental shift for sure, but the more photos we see of absolutely gorgeous, "heavy" women like this, the easier it will be to ignore the other sort of message.0 -

Goal: 145 or less (nothing solid, as long as within healthy weight range & happy)
Having a healthy relationship with food and recovering properly from my ED is a large goal.
As for losing weight, it's more about 'looking ok' and being a healthy weight so no exact number, if I were 120 and had no muscle or shape I would want to probably put on weight in muscle for shape.0 -

I find below 150 my body really fights it, and I'm happy around that weight. I'm going to aim for 160 as I have newly diagnosed hypothyroidism along with PCOS making it very difficult to even lose 5lbs let alone 40lbs.

I've been maintaining basically the same weight within 5 lbs or so for over a year. My BP and all other stats are well within the normal range. At my current weight, I'm wearing size 2 jeans and small or medium shirts. I don't want to be any smaller, but I'd like to get rid of the fat belly pouch. Most importantly, I can run 5+ miles, ride a bike all day, etc.0 -

5'6": CW 150 (but it WAS 145 last week - holidays....)
GW: 135 - haven't been there in a couple of years - just keep creeping up -
using the holidays and my days off (public school teacher) to kickstart my workout routine and get serious before the return to school.
I'll be 47 in January and want to be in workout MODE when I return to school so that I crave it like I used to!

I'm an average build, average frame gal. I've been lower than 130, and it was frankly a little too thin for my body. I like a slender, lean look for myself and know I can achieve it by recomping at my current weight and shifting just a couple more pounds over the next 6 months/year.0 -
I'm just trying to break the addiction to food and get to the normal BMI range. Whatever weight I end up with, I'll be happy0
